The residence, an ancient villa completely renovated, has preserved the typical Aeolian architecture, the furniture has been designed in a functional and comfortable way, without neglecting a touch of elegance.
It is located 500 meters from the center, and 200 meters from the Ponente beach and the small port of Marina Corta, landing place for fishing boats and excursion boats. It consists of a central body, surrounded by a beautiful Mediterranean garden, where there are some scattered villas.
All the apartments, one-room and two-room apartments, have an equipped kitchenette, air conditioning, heating, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, satellite TV, telephone, safe, covered patio, and are equipped with particular good taste.
The studios consist of a single room with kitchenette equipped in two versions, inside the room or outside in the covered patio, bathroom with shower, available from 2 to 4 beds.
The two-room apartments consist of two rooms, one with an equipped kitchenette and sofa bed, the other with a bedroom, bathroom with shower, available from 4 to 5 beds.
